In the coming days we will be dropping locking tags for green bins to all residents who have paid. This will prevent green bin waste blowing around the estate on those windy days.

Morning all,
I was chatting with one of the members of the residents association who called around recently and she mentioned using some of the subscription funds towards bigger items such a snow plough. Myself my partner were discussing other such items that may be useful and were thinking a defibrillator for the estate would be a great addition and would love to have this suggestion put to other residents.
