Dear residents,

A huge thank you to all who came out today and got involved in the DodderBrook clean-up. It is a testament to our community spirit and pride in our estate.
Today we:
Planted flowerbeds under road signs.
Swept and weeded along walls and parking bays throughout the estate.
Trimmed trees and removed lower growth around them.
Removed all rubbish along the stream and removed some of the reeds from the start of the stream.
Strimmed areas around the first culvert in phase 2.
Hung birdhouses around the bridge.

We made great progress today but we’re not done yet. A number of residents will be helping with some more jobs tomorrow, including:
Continuing edging of grass on the Glade and Park.
Preparing areas for wildflowers.
Strimming weeds around culvert and bridge.
More planting.
DodderBrook is looking fantastic and it’s all thanks to you!
As always, this work cannot be done without your hard work and support. If you can join us tomorrow at 11.30, please do. Bring a brush, bring a rake and any plants or flowers you may have to spare.
Remember that your subscription helps us to purchase plants and flowers, as well as any equipment needed to complete these projects. You can pay your subscription here.

Kind regards,
DodderBrook Residents Association
