Traffic Calming

Dear residents, Capami have informed the RA that they will be installing traffic calming measures throughout Phase 2 in the coming days. These will appear in the form of chicanes, e.g. small curbs which protrude into the roadway. Capami have explained that this work is part of the planning conditions set out by SDCC. Unfortunately our new planters placed around the playground have had plants stolen from them. Which we will work to replace. Dear residents, This Saturday 17th October the residents association will be hosting a clean up day.
