Neighbourhood Watch

Neighbourhood Watch signs have now been positioned throughout the estate. These will act as a deterrent to individuals by demonstrating our community strength by looking out for one another. Security tips

In light of the recent theft and attempted break-ins. Here’s some tips to help out. 1. A monitored alarm is the best deterrent. Make sure the alarm box is visible. 2. Security cameras are a criminals nightmare. Keep security cameras visible so they know they’re being watched. 3. Lighting, in particular motion sensor lights will deter  people snooping. Road surfacing

Capami will be finishing the road surfacing in phase 2 from tomorrow 20th April. The main purpose will be to install ramps throughout this phase.
