Summer clean up day.
Save the date… 19th June
We will be organising another clean up day this June. Exact details are to follow but we are hoping to lay out specific tasks that need to be addressed and hope residents will support by volunteering to complete some of these.
Raised Garden on Dodderbrook Ave.
Some of you may have seen the beginnings of our raised bed project on the Ave. We will be creating a number of planters that will be used to grow flowers, wildflowers, veg and herbs that can be shared among the community. We hope to get kids involved and create a pollinator friendly area.
We will continue to work on these over the coming weeks and hope to complete the garden on our clean up day.
Capami.
Capami have now left Dodderbrook. We do expect they will return to complete building works they have been granted permission for but in the meantime they are working to handover Phase 2 to SDCC. The Residents Association are working hard in the background to ensure Capami do not walk away from certain commitments and we will update you when we have new information.
Neighbourhood Watch.
We continue to enrol residents on the Neighbourhood Watch scheme and if you haven’t received your form or stickers yet they will be on there way soon.
PayPal.
Some residents were having issues paying their subscription through PayPal. This issue has been resolved and the portal is now worki UUng.
Other projects.
The RA are working on projects to keep Dodderbrook looking well and running safely.
Over the past number of months we have maintained some of the planting throughout the estate.
We plan on creating a more closely knit community by working with other residents associations in the area.
As always, if you have any suggestions, issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us through the website.
