Dear Residents,

Members of the committee have been working hard tending to trees around the estate.

In particular trees that are supported by a single stake and have been in place for a number of years. These stakes are only meant to support the tree for approx 3 to 4 years after which it should be removed.

Some of these trees along the avenue have shown significant damage and deformation due to restrictive bands that connect them to these stakes.

Members have been out removing these bands and stakes to allow the trees grow unrestricted. There are still trees that have these bands on them as the trees had fairy lights on them, don’t forget to check the trees around your home to make sure they don’t suffer from damage.

Don’t forget we’ll be organising Spring Clean on the 13th March.
