Dear Residents,

Hedging has been planted along the boundary between Dodderbrook and the pitches to the rear of the estate.

Capami have contacted us to say that some of this hedging has been damaged or broken where a wooden plank has been placed to gain access to the pitches.

They will not replace any damaged hedging.

Please be mindful of the new and replaced planting throughout the estate.

There has been considerable anti social behaviour incidents towards the rear of the estate and providing this plank as an access point may invite continued issues.
