Dear residents,

Capami have informed us that they have begun works on drains and man hole covers on the roadways throughout phase 2.

Over the coming days they will be making adjustments to these as well as other preparatory works before they lay the final layer of tarmac.

They have advised they will mark each of these with traffic cones or similar. Please be sure to avoid these and take extra caution when driving through phase 2 to avoid damage to your car.

Unfortunately, due to covid there is no set date for the new tarmac yet but it is expected in the coming weeks and we will post an update as soon as we know.
