Dear residents,

A quick note on the heat pumps installed in all houses in Dodderbrook –

These devices come with a 3 year End User Warranty. In order to maintain the warranty, the your heat pump and tank etc, need to be serviced once a year.

The most common fault experienced by residents is E911. A relatively simple fix can be found in this video https://youtu.be/YUe1xq1abMo

This YouTube channel does cover a number of faults to help out. (Just remember nothing beats a professional 😁)

Many residents have good knowledge of the system and it’s always worth asking one of the group’s for help.
